HQ: Orange County, CA
NOW PLAYING: This Is Hello EP (beverlyrock.com)

THE STORY SO FAR: Think it's hard to get your unsigned but insanely talented emo-rock band noticed? Try doing it in Orange County. "Obviously, we love our hometown—we wouldn't be where we are without them—but no one [in Orange County] cares if you're in a band, because their best friend's brother is in a band, too," Beverly collectively tell AP via e-mail. Luckily for the barely two-year-old quintet, their recent debut EP, This Is Hello, and high-school tour saw them getting rave reviews outside of home—and really, with songs this strong, the Warped Tour main stage is just a national fanbase away.

WHY YOU SHOULD KNOW 'EM: For a band who play like they're ready to take over the world, Beverly also have the rare gift of humility. "We don't want to come off pretentious or anything," the band tell AP, "but we love rock music, and we just want to do what we love forever," Currently working on their first full-length, Beverly plan to hit the road when finished, returning home only when they've converted you to their classic-rock-meets-emo sound. "As far as 2006 goes, we hope to see some new faces at our upcoming shows." —Aaron Burgess

So I dont know what happen'd to this band! There music style might have not fit in a couple years ago but if you listen now. They would be sitting on the top with there "This Is Hello Ep". Full of singles. Maybe it was lack of promotion. I believe if they came back full force they would have a large fan base. Also why does it seem like no one wrote anything or knew anything of them. Even google is clueless. With music this epic. Something has to be happening! -chris
