HQ: Costa Mesa, CA NOW PLAYING: News Said It's Raining In New York EP (myspace.com/anotherdaylate) THE STORY SO FAR: Costa Mesa is far removed from nippy Ithaca, New York, but after matriculating upstate, drummer Josh Hubberman says Another Day Late had, "No choice but to take the band seriously and move to Southern California." Unlike most bands who make that decision, ADL haven't regretted anything. They've headlined sunny hotspots like the Roxy and Whisky A Go Go and played both the San Diego stop of this year's Honda Civic Tour as well as the Los Angeles date of Warped Tour. WHY SHOULD KNOW 'EM: With a vocalist you'd bet your bangs is Anthony Green and intelligent guitar lines on par with Guitar Hero, Another Day Late actually have us worried they might be signed when this issue streets. Speaking of Guitar Hero, says Hubberman, "We were approached to have a song in Guitar Hero III, but every time they tried to program it, their computers gave the 'blue screen of death.'
