Jesse Cannon has worked in nearly every aspect of the music business—most notably recording bands like Animal Collective, The Cure, The Misfits and The Menzingers. He recently authored the definitive music business guide, Get More Fans: The DIY Guide To The Music Business which Hypebot exclaimed, “If you had to go with just one book on DIY music biz, this would be the one.” He has also produced and managed well known groups like Man Overboard and Transit, in addition to working at esteemed music business icons like Go Kart Records, WFMU and CreativeLive.  He currently co-hosts the most popular music business podcast Off The Record and is a founder of the music producer marketplace NoiseCreators.
