5. RIAN DAWSON (ALL TIME LOW) & CASSADEE POPE
We’re assuming you already read their interview in AP 296, but c’mon—any couple who plan out surprise visits with as much creativity as these two definitely deserves a spot on this list.
4. MAX BEMIS (SAY ANYTHING) & SHERRI DuPREE-BEMIS (EISLEY)
We’re honestly not sure if there is a married couple in rock ’n’ roll who are more in love with each other than these two. If you need any proof, just give Perma’s Two Of A Crime a spin.
3. TIM ARMSTRONG (RANCID) & BRODY DALLE (THE DISTILLERS)
This couple was the closest the punk scene ever got to a modern day Sid and Nancy. Both graced AP’s cover on separate occasions with skyline-scraping Mohawks in tow, and they both fronted kickass bands that inspired thousands of teens on both sides of the gender divide to pick up a guitar. We’re sad they divorced in 2003, but at least we got a rad Rancid record (Indestructible) as well as a killer new band (Dalle’s Spinnerette) out of it.
2. GERARD WAY (MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE) & LYN-Z WAY (MINDLESS SELF INDULGENCE)
Married since 2007 (they got hitched at the end of that year’s Projekt Revolution tour, which both bands were on), Gerard and Lyn-Z are one of the happiest married couples we’ve ever encountered at AP. Plus they named their kid Bandit. Bandit. That beats the shit out of Blue Ivy or North West any day.
This picture was taken a year ago almost to the day. I love it so much http://t.co/xEmLDqijDK— Lindsey Way (@lynzway) March 6, 2013
1. CHAD GILBERT (NEW FOUND GLORY) & HAYLEY WILLIAMS (PARAMORE)
Like there was any doubt who would be No. 1. Chad and Hayley’s relationship has been a blast for all of us onlookers to follow as it developed, and not that we’re trying to put any pressure on the happy couple or anything, but we bet a wedding involving the two of them would be the raddest nuptials ever.
