Updates from the Bamboozle Road Show's police involvement

Julie Nguyen on 4/27/09 @ 1:05 PM

Though numerous accounts are circulating the Internet, it is known that Forever The Sickest Kids, We The Kings, Mercy Mercedes, and their crews were involved with the South Philadelphia because several parking tickets were given to MM's van. The other bands were loading up their vans as well before the incident.

Chris, who handles WTK's merch, is currently hospitalized for his head. It is unknown the current whereabouts of other members.

That is so horrible and sad that innocent people were beaten last night. No one deserved this and all of the bands and crew members are in my prayers.

i agree completely, while ALOT of the people on the absolute punk topic seem to think that if they talked back they should be arrested. and you know what that is FINE with me, you should do what a cop tells you and not have an attitudea nd if you do its your fault if they give you a ticket or arrest you. but to use as much force as these cops did adn to BEAT a person and continue after he is already severely bleeding is COMPLETELY WRONG! also when asked for their badge numbers the cops in question have to give it and from what i can tell they ignored all requests for their numbers.
