Ryan Ross and Jon Walker become Young Veins

Ex-members of Panic! At The Disco Ryan Ross and Jon Walker have announced to MTV that they will now be creating music under the moniker of the Young Veins. The duo have posted their first song, entitled "Change" on their MySpace page. Check it out and let us know what you think. They mentioned to MTV that they were going for a "retro" sound.
