Director John Hughes dies at 59

John Hughes, the mastermind director behind such teen films such as The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Sixteen Candles passed away last night of a heart attack. He was 59. Actress Molly Ringwald, who starred in many of his films, had the following to say.

"I was stunned and incredibly sad to hear about the death of John Hughes. He was and will always be such an important part of my life."

SideOneDummy release free, 10-song sampler

L.A.-based record label SideOneDummy is giving away a 10-song sampler of songs from last year's catalog and a few that have not yet been released. Say Anything announce North American tour dates
