Polar Bear Club prep teaser 7"

To help ease the wait for their hotly anticipated sophomore LP, Chasing Hamburg, Rochester, New York's Polar Bear Club have announced they'll be putting out a teaser 7" dubbed The Summer Of George.

The EP is slated to contain two songs from the album, "Living Saints" and "Boxes," plus one exclusive track titled "Dead Man." It's due out on July 28, just a little over a month ahead of Chasing Hamburg's Sept. 8 release date.

"Living Saints" is currently streaming over on the band's MySpace page.

Soul Control go "Beyond Words" on new track

Old-school hardcore revivalists Soul Control have posted a new jam titled "Beyond Words" on their MySpace page.

The song appears on the band's upcoming Bridge 9, full-length, Cycles. The album hits stores on Aug. 25, and will be their first release for the label.

Strike Anywhere unveil first new track off Iron Front

Politically charged melodic hardcore quintet Strike Anywhere recently uploaded the first new song from their fourth full-length, Iron Front.

The song is titled "Hand Of Glory," and you can find it on their MySpace page.

Iron Front marks the band's first release for their new home at Bridge 9. The record comes out on Oct. 6.
