Eyeball signs Astronautalis

Eyeball has signed Jacksonville-based "part underground back-pack hip-hop artist, part folk singer" Astronautalis.

The act’s label debut, Pomegranate, was recorded by John Congleton (Explosions In The Sky, the Paper Chase, Modest Mouse), and is set for release September 23. Astronautalis last released Mighty Ocean And Nine Dark Theaters in 2006 via Fighting.
