Aaron Gillespie (of the Almost and formerly of Underoath) has posted the new song, "We Were Made For You." It comes from his upcoming solo album, Anthem Song, which drops March 8 on Tooth & Nail/BEC Recordings.

Gillespie recorded the album in Seattle with producer Aaron Sprinkle. In a press release, Gillespie said, "I've always wanted to make a record like this. The Almost is a rock band, and we didn't want to mix the two styles. I have this desire to see our generation worshipping God. But a lot of people I get to meet through music—kids with tattoos and swoop over haircuts—don't think of worship as 'cool.' I want t hem to find a home and a vocabulary to experience this kind of music."
