Exclusive: The Starting Line to reunite for Australia’s Soundwave Festival

Alternative Press has exclusively learned that Philadelphia pop-punk act and former AP cover stars the Starting Line will come out of hibernation in early 2011 to participate in Australia's annual Soundwave Festival. The traveling fest will stop in five Australian cities between Feb. 26 and March 7, 2011, with a bill featuring over 70 acts (many of which will be officially announced tomorrow). Dates below.

Although having gone on hiatus in mid-2008, TSL have already reunited once before, for a pair of holiday shows at the end of 2009. Outside of Soundwave, they have no other current touring or recording plans. If and when that changes, we'll be the first to tell you.

Saturday February 26, Brisbane Soundwave Festival, RNA Showgrounds, Gregory Terrace, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006
Sunday February 27, Sydney Soundwave Festival, Eastern Creek Raceway, Brabham Drive/Ferrers Road, Eastern Creek NSW 2766
Friday March 4, Melbourne Soundwave Festival, Melbourne Showgrounds, Epsom Road, Ascot Vale, VIC 3032
Saturday March 5, Adelaide Soundwave Festival, Bonython Park, Port Rd, Adelaide SA 5000
Monday March 7, Perth Soundwave Festival, Steel Blue Oval, Corner Guildford Road & West Road, Bassendean Perth 6054
