Family Force 5 sign to Word Entertainment

After announcing a lineup change last year, Family Force 5 have now signed to Word Entertainment (part of Warner Music Group). The band will release their fourth studio album with the label later this summer. Check out a statement from band member Derek Mount:

“Our forthcoming album is a reflection on the liberating, ethereal experience of connecting with the holy. It is an encounter that transcends boundaries, and that eclipses our frailty and our doubts.  The man-made constraints of time disappear, becoming irrelevant.  It is union.  It is perfection.  It is eternal. As 2 Peter 2:8 advises, ‘Do not ignore this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like one day.’  In this moment, time stands still.”

The band will release a music video for the album’s lead track, “BZRK,” on May 23 and another single, “Let It Be” on May 30.
