Former Escape The Fate vocalist Ronnie Radke released from prison

According to a post by his new band, Falling In Reverse, former Escape The Fate frontman Ronnie Radke has been released from High Desert State Prison in Nevada. In 2008, he was formally sentenced to 48 months probation stemming from his role in a violent 2006 altercation that left 18-year-old Michael Cook dead. After failing to check in with his probation officer for two months, Radke was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in June 2008.

Since Radke has been incarcerated, Escape The Fate--the band he helped form in 2004--replaced the vocalist with ex-Blessthefall frontman Craig Mabbitt. Radke joined Las Vegas-based Falling In Reverse.
