Jaxin Hall has announced he is no longer in Of Mice And Men. An open letter to fans, in which hall states there is no bad blood between him and the band, can be read below. No replacement for hall has been announced, but the band is scheduled to join Attack Attack! and Pierce The Veil this winter on the This Is A Family tour.
Of Mice & Men has been both the biggest adventure I’ve ever undertaken and also the most rewarding project I’ve ever been able to be a part of.
The support we’ve received from the most amazing fans anyone could ever ask for is so much more than ANY of us ever expected. Thank you guys, from the bottom of all of our hearts. I say it every day, if it weren’t for your love and support, OM&M would not exist.
But, I have decided that I can no longer be a part of Of Mice & Men.
I want to be able to start building a stable future for myself, Love Before Glory, and my future family. In order to do that I can’t be away all the time. It’s just too hard on all the serious time I need to invest into the next phase for me and I don’t want my life OR Of Mice & Men to suffer because of that.
It breaks my heart to leave my best friends behind. Especially with the tours OM&M is about to go on. But now is the right time for me, so I need to go.
There is no bad blood between the band and I. I love everyone and I know the love and support won’t stop growing like it has been.
It’s been an amazing roller coaster of a ride. I’m so proud of where OM&M is right now and I’m so grateful I got to be a part of it.
To everyone who came to a show, said hi, bought (or downloaded) our CD, brought me a raccoon toy, bought a shirt, sang along or didn’t drop me when I jumped on your faces, thank you. I have been so amazingly blessed with some of the most incredible memories and I am forever grateful.
I really hope I was able to be a positive role model and show you who I really am, and what I believe in.
I’m still gonna be around, so keep in touch.
I really do love you all.
Thank you Tino, Shay, Phil, Jerry, Eric, Craig, Sean, Dave and Austin
I’ll see you again soon
Thanks for the ride.
