Rise Records has announced the signings of Man Overboard (pictured) out of New Jersey and Transit from Massachusetts. Man Overboard will release a 7-inch via Rise on Feb. 22 with a full-length slated for next fall. Transit are writing for their upcoming album which is also due next fall.
