Marathon announce reunion shows with No Trigger, Fire When Ready, Soul Control

Marathon, the western New York punk-rock band whose members would later form Polar Bear Club, have announced details of their two reunion shows in Rochester and Brooklyn, NY.

Drummer Emmett Menke and guitarist Nate Morris were members of PBC from 2006 until 2011/12, respectively, while singer Aaron Scott went on to form a solo folk-punk project called Attica! Attica!

Secret Audio Club issued the band's self-titled album on vinyl for the first time last fall, there are black copies still left in their store.

Check out details of both shows below! Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 24 at noon. Here is the Brooklyn link. Stay tuned to Marathon's twitter for the hometown one.
