Morrissey postpones Baltimore, Washington, DC dates on doctor’s advise

Perpetually ill singer Morrissey has postponed two additional dates of his current U.S. tour, apparently "on advice from his medical team."

Though this run, the singer's first in 14 months following a troubled 2012 and 2013, went off without a hitch for its first 16 dates, problems arose last week when Moz and his crew came down with a virus, and were first to cancel in Atlanta then postpone Atlantic City, after which the tour also parted ways with opener Kristeen Young.

Things resumed, as promised, over the weekend in Boston, but, apparently, the former Smiths frontman has yet to make a full recovery, and has pushed tonight's Washington, DC and tomorrow's Baltimore performances to the end of his run, June 24 and 25, respecitvely. Whether things will resume Friday in Chicago is anybody's guess at this point, but, until we know anything new, here's the remaining route:

June 13 - Civic Opera House - Chicago, IL
June 14 - James Whiting Auditorium - Flint, MI
June 16 - Artpark Main Stage Theater - Lewiston, NY
June 17 - Grand Opera House - Wilmington, DE
June 19 - Hershey Theatre - Hershey, PA
June 21 - Barclays Center Arena - New York, NY
June 22 - Revel Ovation Hall - Atlantic City, NJ
June 24 - Meyerhoff Symphony Hall - Baltimore, MD
June 25 - Lincoln Theatre - Washington, DC

Morrissey has a new full-length, World Peace Is None Of Your Business, set to arrive July 15 via Harvest Records, but we'll leave you with this instead:
