MTV Movie Awards: ‘The Avengers’ takes home Movie Of The Year, first look at next ‘Hunger Games’

Clad in a hot pink koala tracksuit, host Rebel Wilson kicked off the 2013 MTV Movie Awards with a bit of her raunchy humor (highlights include refering to North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un as Lil' Kim; showing off her notecards featuring pictures of Channing Tatum's butt; and renaming Game Of Thrones to Dragons And Titties), and some help from her Pitch Perfect castmates. (The cast of the musical comedy performed a mashup of "Thrift Shop" and "Girl On Fire.")

Presenters included Melissa McCarthy; Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto and Zoe Saladana from Star Trek Into Darkness; Amanda Seyfried and Steve Carrell; Snoop Lion & Ke$ha (who shared a smoke onstage); Game Of Throne's Peter Dinklage; the cast of Fast & Furious 6; Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Danny McBride; Kerry Washington; and Brad Pitt.

Jamie Foxx (who was nominated for four MTV Movie Awards) took home the 2013 Generation Award, and Will Ferrell kept the audience laughing during his acceptance speech for the Comedic Genius Award. But it was Emma Watson (who will always be known as Hermione Granger) who made everyone fall in love with her again when she was honored with this year's Trailblazer Award.

"Watching the video clip of my work showed me most importantly how bad my hair was in the first Harry Potter film," the 22-year-old actress joked during her speech, "but the cool thing is you have supported me in all of my awkwardness and helped me grow into the actress and person I want to be. I was the eager beaver in school, the first to put her hand up, which is often not cool, and I was teased mercilessly, but I have learned if you put your heart into something amazing things will happen. I promise to keep making the best work I can for all of you.''

The awards show may be abut the best in movies, but the night also included some musical performances. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis performed their new single "Can't Hold Us," and Selena Gomez followed it up later in the show with her song "Come And Get It."

Viewers also got a sneak peek of two sure-to-be blockbusters: Iron Man 3 and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. You can check out both the clips below.
