Gerard Way, lead vocalist and co-founder of My Chemical Romance, was featured on the Dark Horse Comics' panel during day two of Comic-Con International in San Diego. Way is the author of The Umbrella Academy, a six-issue limited series comic, which has been picked up by Universal Pictures for a movie adaptation (tentative release date set for 2012).
