Listening to the exceptional Equal Vision debut from Chiodos, one can't help but compare the experience to a day at an amusement park. Each song on All's Well That Ends Well unwinds down its own distinctively jarring path, and much like any good thrill ride, you're bound to leave with a smile on your face. Tracks like "The Words 'Best Friend' Become Redefined" and "Expired In Goreville" are swaddled by metallic guitars and electronic elements, while opener "All Nereids Beware" is a looping roller coaster replete with chugging chords and lush piano notes. Though it would be easy to label the sextet as a heavier At The Drive-In, the latter never inspired such dizzying bumper-car fantasies.

The raw power of Chiodos is so amazing. OLD Chiodos I should say. This is a great record.

It's amazing. Between the lyrics, music, and vocals nothing could beat it. My personal favorite album by the band.
