SARAH WRIGHT (sometimes billed as Sarah Mason) is complete and total best friend material. Not one minute into our interview, we feel like we're chatting with an old pal. She is equal parts stunningly beautiful and completely relatable (in that "cool babysitter you always looked up to" sort of way) and all the while possessing the sort of charm and wit usually found in those twice her age. So get ready to meet your new BFF...

You started out modeling, right?
Yeah, I was in Kentucky and I auditioned for this Tommy Hilfiger model search and I ended up winning it. I didn't know what I wanted to be, but I knew I didn't want to be in Kentucky anymore. I graduated high school and started college and was there for two weeks before I quit to try modeling. I had saved up $3,000 working at a jewelry store. I was like, "$3,000? I'm so rich!" So I packed up the car and drove to Chicago that day, moved into a model apartment and started working right away.

So when did you make the transition into acting?
I auditioned for my first TV show and ended up booking it-it was called Quintuplets and Andy Richter played the dad. When they flew me out for the test, it was the first day I had ever been in California. I went straight from the airport to Fox in a freaking limo.

Were you completely freaking out?
Yes! I get excited about the littlest things in life. I get excited about the new restaurant I'm gonna try, or if somebody's serving hot dogs somewhere I'm like, "Woo-hoo!" [Laughs.]

How was doing a "bed scene" with Patrick Dempsey in Made Of Honor?
[Laughs.] He was fantastic; working with him was cake! We'd be doing the scene and we would have to be all sexy with each other and they'd call "cut" and we'd just be giggling. It was so fun.

Tell us about The House Bunny. It looks hilarious!
I'm so excited about it. I play Ashley, the president of Phi Mu, which is the preppy sorority. I tried to draw a mix between Reese Witherspoon in Election and Rachel McAdams in Mean Girls.

And how was working with Anna Faris?
We had a ball! She is so professional and so funny. She's someone I look up to very much.

Who are you listening to these days?
My favorite female artist is Brandy Carlile. I think she's incredible; her voice is so unique. My favorite male singer right now is Glen Hansard, the guy from Once. The Format is my favorite band. And I always love Radiohead.

CHEAT SHEET
Having gotten her start modeling, Kentucky native Sarah Wright made her TV debut on the sitcom QUINTUPLETS when she was 18. She quickly followed it with recurring roles on 7TH HEAVEN and THE LOOP before landing on the big screen with bit parts in X'S & O'S and MADE OF HONOR. Catch her this month in THE HOUSE BUNNY and next month in SURFER DUDE.
