Happy Inauguration Day, everyone!
I left my TV on at home today--wasting electricity, I know--so that my little Chihuahua could also enjoy this historic moment.
Did you volunteer yesterday like Obama--excuse me, President Obama--asked us to? I'll be honest, I thought about it, but then forgot until today.

I'm watching it now! I didn't volunteer today-- but I did volunteer my time as an election worker all those months ago. It sure did pay off!
I'm tuned in right now. It's really uplifting to see all our former presidents being genuinely happy for our change of power. There are few places on Earth where such a change is natural and completely peaceful.
I would have loved to volunteer but had to work instead. I do however reluctantly volunteer to pay huge amounts of taxes. Does that count?
