Christmas Muzak
In the spirit of the season, I generally tune my radio into the all-holiday all-the-time station (except in the morning when I pretty much have to listen to NPR). And as much as I love holiday music, it's become pretty evident that there really haven't been too many new Christmas songs in awhile. It seems like there's two dozen new Christmas TV specials (at least on Lifetime) every year, but new songs? Not so much.
So I decided to scrounge up a few of my fave bands doing the next best thing--Christmas covers. Not all the quality is awesome, but I figured in the spirit of the season, all would be forgiven.

I've been listening to it almost nonstop for the past few days. & the guys in the band are super sweet too.
august burns red's cover of carol of the bells is pretty awesome. it's possibly my favorite christmas song ever.
