It's also better than pretty much everything on Chase This Light, too. I would totally buy a childrens' album from Jimmy Eat World! At least then Jim Adkins' ridiculously cheesy lyrics would be acceptable. What band would you want to see make a kids' album?

i dont know if i would want to see any band make a childrens album. it might completely turn me off that band. forever...
Leave it to the auquabats to make the best kids show since sesame street. (they also have performances from aggrolites, shiny toy guns aka the shinies, and one of the best ska songs ever) Yo Gabba Gabba should just release a comp CD (which they probably will) with all their music from the show.
However I must say when bands relese kids albums it usually rules. Case and Point NO! by They Might Be Giants.
So I think that all my favorite bands should release kids albums, especially those whose members have kids and fans are old enough to have kids as well. So really any band from before 2000. If done well I think I'd have a new found respect for them.
This clip reminded me of the Evens on Pancake Mountain.
I can't believe they were standing on flying cats and dogs.
Amazing.
