The separation of blog and skate.

You must watch this. Funny, sad and true, all at the same time:

Jack Black cast as good ol' JC? If that were real, it would probably be enough to make me stop being politely agnostic and actually go to church again.

As long as people on both sides remain civil then no one can really complain. I think if states just give civil unions to any two people (like 2 single parents whose spuces left or died, and want shared income to help their kids...Like in Chuck and Larry in a way, and be together as two straight dudes) to be recognized by the government. AKA even straight married people are seen by our religiously separated government as just a civil union. Then a religious institution gives a marriage licenses. So if the Catholics won't give gays a license, well I'm sure the Unitarians will. In short, marriage given by Church, union by state for everyone REGARDLESS of sexual orientation.

Also I think some crazies are hurting their cause by calling religious people names on blogs and stuff. (not you Scott, and that video was very tasteful, and funny) When that happens it becomes more a war of Religion than a civil rights issue...if that makes sense.

I do agree that picking and choosing things out of the Bible is BS. I try to read it and figure out how to better myself because of it, and live a good life, all the while remembering that the stuff in that book happend thousands of years ago.

And Finally above all else Gay people should be allowed to get married in case they break up, saving them the extreme legal hassle of doing a divorce to a marriage that never existed. That and it makes them happy haha. And as well as boosting the economy, it also ends the last real civil rights hurdle left in this nation.

Also, Jack Black is Jesus...at least to me anyway.

that was the greatest thing ever.

I'm straight but if it were legal for two men to be married, I would still propose to you right now, Scott. That's how awesome that video is. Thank you so much for posting that.
