Anyone read THIS??? Kinda sad article from Patrick Stump about not living up to fans approval and all the haters out there. I feel bad for him, Fall Out Boy were a very integral part of high school for me back in 03 -04. Much respect, although I will say Take This to Your Grave was their best album. Of course I would never say that to him, people dont realize that these artists are people too and have feelings, I cant believe some of the terrible things people have said and done to him. Reason 1299483038801 why I cant stand this “scene” of kids these days.

It’s a good read, for sure. I think Patrick has progressed as a singer throughout his career. Whenever he’s released something, whether it’s been with FOB or on his own, there’s always something I love.

Now I admit I haven’t been of this mindset forever. At one point, I was a lemming to my high school friends who didn’t think Fall Out Boy were “cool” or whatever. So I missed out on Infinity… But in university I became more of an independent person and decided to get back in with my former FOB love and was pleasantly unsurprised that I still enjoyed their music. I got back on the bus a few months before the release of Folie A Deux and wasn’t let down.

Anyway, I’m sorry he has to deal with bullshit of the “pretentious assholes”.
