Several bands have been confirmed for Warped Tour 2009 according to a report from The Daily Chorus. The first wave includes NOFX, the Devil Wears Prada, Bad Religion and Flogging Molly. We'll keep you updated as confirmations come in.

State Of Mind has signed Southern California pop-punks Truth Is. The band, who cite influences like Lifetime and Saves The Day, will hit the studio later this month to record a new eight-song EP for the label. They previously released the Three Words 7".
