Minus The Bear have posted a video of the band working on their new album in their Seattle practice studio. Accompanying it is a new instrumental song. The band, who released Planet Of Ice on Suicide Squeeze in 2007 and the self-released Acoustics EP last year, will head to Australia later this month.

Current and ex-members of Rise Against, Ignite and Death By Stereo have formed a new project dubbed Nations Afire. No music has been unveiled yet, but the punk/hardcore supergroup will play Bamboozle Left on April 5th and then head out on a full European tour shortly thereafter, including an appearance at Groezrock Fest in Belgium....
