Paramore make it official

Paramore have announced that Taylor York, a touring member of the band for the past two years, is now an official member of the group.

Vinnie Caruana and company in I Am The Avalanche have uploaded "Brooklyn Dodgers" over on their MySpace page. Little information about the song, and whether or not it will see any physical release, appears to be available. The emo/post-hardcore supergroup last released their self-titled debut album in 2005 on Drive-Thru.

New clips from the upcoming Michael Cera and Jack Black vehicle, Year One, have surfaced. The film, which also features this month’s AP "Close-Up" star Juno Temple, hits theaters Friday, June 19.

Alexisonfire streaming new album online today

Canadian post-hardcore outfit Alexisonfire are streaming their upcoming full-length in its entirety today at the Vagrant Records site. Old Crows/Young Cardinals–the group’s first studio album since 2006’s Crisis–is set to drop June 23. You can also hear a bunch of these songs performed live as Alexisonfire are set to play every date of Warped Tour.
