Seattle's the Murder City Devils have released their first new music in eleven years in the form of a two-song 7-inch. The A-side, “Every Day I Rise,” can be heard here. The 7-inch can be purchased here. The band, originally together from 1996-2001 as a part of the Sub Pop roster, reunited in 2006.

Graf Orlock complete "Los Angeles" EP

Graf Orlock has finished recording their new EP, Los Angeles. Expect a spring 2012 release via Vitriol Records. According to the band, the EP's themes are based on Michael Mann's 1995 action film Heat. No word on whether or not stars Robert De Niro and Al Pacino guest on the EP.
