5 Seconds Of Summer win Worst Band Award for the third year in a row
NME Magazine held their annual award show tonight, and it looks like 5 Seconds Of Summer have been graced with the Worst Band title for the third year in a row.
The Australian band beat out the Chainsmokers, Clean Bandit, Honey G, Nickelback and Twenty One Pilots.

Last year, the band took to Twitter poking fun at their accolade.

Hosted by Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens, the NME Awards 2017 took place at the O2 Academy Brixton. Before 5SOS, the Worst Band winner was the 1975—who were among the Best Band nominees this time around. Biffy Clyro beat out the likes of the 1975, Wolf Alice, Bastille, Years & Years, the Last Shadow Puppets. The 1975 also took home the award for Best Live Band.
