Billy Corgan announces new "Teargarden" EP

Billy Corgan has announced that he will release Teargarden by Kaleidyscope Vol. II: The Solstice Bare, the second volume in a proposed  44-song set. Corgan believes the entire project will take nearly four years to complete. The band has been releasing songs individually online and then compiling a handful of the tracks for the physical editions. Teargarden by Kaleidyscope Vol. II: The Solstice Bare is set to be released on Nov. 22.
