'Final Fantasy VII' remake coming over 18 years after original—watch trailer

It was January of 1997 when Final Fantasy VII arrived on the original Play Station. Now, over 18 years later, we're getting the remake everyone has been yearning for. 

Square Enix announced the news during Sony's E3 conference, and then later sent out a press release revealing that the game has “begun production,” (via Kotaku). Watch the trailer below and feel your anticipation rise.
