Ex-Asking Alexandria singer Danny Worsnop comments on band’s new song
Earlier this week, Asking Alexandria announced their new singer Denis Shaforostov and released their first single, “I Won’t Give In,” following the departure of original frontman Danny Worsnop earlier in 2015.
After the new song’s release, Worsnop, who is now full-time in We Are Harlot, came out in support of the band and Shaforostov. “New Asking Alexandria song (first since my departure) [is] out now!” Worsnop said in a tweet. “Very happy to hear shit’s still going strong.” If you listen to the new song, which is actually really good, you can hear that shit is, indeed, still going strong.
Shortly after, AA canceled their first two shows with Shaforostov. But you can catch them on the 2015 Vans Warped Tour all summer long. Hear “I Won’t Give In” below:
