MGMT returning in 2017
Everyone’s favorite psychedelic synth-pop duo MGMT are returning in 2017, delaying their previous claim of 2016 being the year they “re-dominates [sic] your mind hole.” The band issued a tweet Wednesday morning confirming the news. See both their original statement and update below.

You may remember MGMT from their breakout debut album, Oracular Spectacular, which featured the hit tracks “Kids,” “Time To Pretend” and “Electric Feel.” While the record peaked at No. 38 on the Billboard Top 200, it has since sold over 500,000 units and received a Gold certification.
