British indie band Swim Deep announce first headlining US tour
Straight out of the Birmingham movement, British indie band Swim Deep have had quite a successful career in a short amount of time. The quintet quickly signed to Sony Music in the UK, released two albums and nabbed a slurry of festival slots, including at Reading and Leeds last summer.

Having just finished directly supporting the 1975 on their last US run, the band have announced their first headlining tour in the States. Check out the dates, which includes Firefly and Bonnaroo festivals, on the tour poster and a video for the opening track of Swim Deep’s latest album Mothers, which dropped in October 2015, below.
On Twitter, Swim Deep have stated that they will be starting a crowdfund to make the tour happen, adding that they'll be “selling all our shit” and drummer Zack Robinson will be giving haircuts (practically a date!). The band also hopes to hit the West Coast soon. Here are the tweets:
