Stream Silver Snakes dark new album, 'Saboteur' (exclusive)
Los Angeles-based rockers Silver Snakes are getting ready to release their latest album Saboteur this Friday, Feb. 5. They've teamed up with AltPress to bring you the first listen.
The album is a departure from Silver Snakes’ earlier style. “Stylistically it’s a record that we had to push ourselves to write,” says singer Alex Estrada. “We’ve introduced new elements while maintaining our identity.”
Saboteur is significantly darker than the band’s previous albums. The music follows a character that manipulates others and has to face their actions, says Estrada. While it’s vastly different from their previous albums, Silver Snakes hopes to continue changing up their style with all the music they make.
“This band started out much different from what it is today and we can only hope that Saboteur showcases that growth and our constant desire to forge our own path,” says Estrada.
You can pre-order Saboteur on iTunes.
