Of Mice & Men's Austin Carlile hospitalized after electric shock
UPDATE: An earlier version of this story was false. (Austin Carlile's tweets were widely misread last night.) The singer was not electrocuted by his microphone at a show two nights ago. Of Mice & Men haven't played a show “in months,” according to bassist/vocalist Aaron Pauley.
@AltPress We haven't played a show in months, haha. He was saying he's been shocked by mics, and from working before, not now. Hahaha. Wyd?

Take a look at the vocalist's tweets on the injury below.
Spent the last 24 hours in hospital. I've been "electrocuted" by mic, working, etc. before, but never to the extent of yesterday. Nothing

to show from it other than burns on my fingers. Lucky to be alive, but today feel like I was ran over by a truck. Close call for the heart.
