Last month, My Chemical Romance released an early version of their iconic track, “Welcome To The Black Parade,” which is titled “The Five Of Us Are Dying.” It’s culled from the band’s impending 10-year anniversary reissue of The Black Parade, which is due out Sept. 23.
The band officially announced the reissue the day before releasing the track. The news came shortly after they sent the Internet into a panic with a teaser that revealed their MCRX logo and a date: Sept. 23.

Many (including fellow musicians) speculated this meant a reunion was on the way for the band who announced they were disbanding in 2013. However, the following day, MCR cleared things up by stating no return was in the works.
“We’ve been really touched and blown away by the response to the teaser trailer,” the band shared in a tweet. “We are not touring and there is no reunion planned—only a release for the anniversary of The Black Parade. Thanks so much for continuing to keep MCR in your minds and in your hearts.”
