QUIZ: Which ‘Supernatural’ villain are you the most like?

From the incredible bond between the main characters (Sam and Dean and eventually Castiel and Jack Kline) to the soundtrack to the quotable one-liners—who among us hasn’t told their friends “Driver picks the music. Shotgun shuts their cakehole”?—Supernatural is a cult classic.

Currently in its 15th and final season, production on the last few episodes stalled due to the coronavirus. While fans spent the past few months binge-watching old episodes on Netflix or discovering a new series to pass the time, the show finally made its return in October.

More on Supernatural

Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles first brought the monster-hunting Winchester duo to our screens in 2005. Fifteen years later and with more than 300 episodes, the show marks the longest-running sci-fi series on American television as well as The CW series to run the longest.

In March 2019, Padalecki, Ackles and Misha Collins (who plays Castiel) took to Instagram to announce that season 15 would mark the last for Supernatural.

“We just told the crew, that though we’re very, very excited about moving into our 15th season, it will be our last,” Ackles says in a video posted on his account. “Fifteen years of a show that has certainly changed my life. I know it’s changed these two guys’ life [sic], and we just wanted you to hear it from us that though we’re excited about next year, it will be the finale—the big grande finale of an institution.”

Supernatural’s final season, which consists of 20 episodes, premiered in October 2019 with the mid-season finale airing in mid-December. With initial plans to conclude the run in May 2020, the series aired five more episodes between January and March before having to delay production due to the pandemic.

Back in August, The CW finally confirmed Supernatural would make its return Oct. 8. The show currently has six episodes remaining, which air Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET until the series finale Nov. 19.
