Anberlin’s Stephen Christian critiques the streaming industry

The ever-interesting Anberlin frontman Stephen Christian recently did segment interviews with Real Feels beginning with the heated subject of watching shows through your smart phone (“You’re never gonna watch that, man.”).

Moving on, he's sounding off about streaming services like Spotify, Beats and Rdio, favoring them over illegal downloading, but also saying progress needs to be made to pay bands “what they deserve.” He later shatters the major label myth perpetuated by pop/country/rap stars alike: “I literally am on Universal Republic Records and I have a second job.”

Last month, the band released their final album, Lowborn, and their farewell world tour resumes next week.
