
Andy Black, Juliet Simms announce pop-up gig after canceled Disrupt date
Andy Black and Juliet Simms have been making their rounds this summer as part of Rockstar Disrupt Festival's lineup. Yesterday, the event contacted fans to state the upcoming show July 13 in Thornville, Ohio was canceled three days out.
Now, Black and Simms have swooped in to save the day for Ohio fans, announcing a surprise show in Cincinnati to replace the canceled festival date.

Last month, Disrupt Festival kicked off their summer tour.
Yesterday, ticketholders for the Ohio date were contacted to reveal the event was canceled due to "logistical reasons."

“Due to logistical reasons, Rockstar Disrupt Festival set for July 13th at Legend Valley in Thornville, OH has been canceled.
Front Gate Tickets will be issuing refunds to all fans who purchased a ticket. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed on, or before, Friday, July 12th. Please allow 7-10 days after processing for the refund to be reflected on your statement.”

The festival has several bands rotating throughout its run. Outside of Black and Simms, the Columbus stop was to feature performances from Thrice, Sum 41, Circa Survive, the Used, Atreyu, Sleeping With Sirens, Four Year Strong, Memphis May Fire, Trophy Eyes and Hyro The Hero.
Today, Black and Simms unveiled the good news of a surprise show at Top Cats in Cincinnati to make up for the canceled event.
