It’s no secret that when bands are on the road, eating healthy and proper exercise are put on the backburner, but have no fear: NXT superstar Bull Dempsey is has teamed up with APTV and Beartooth to teach you how to get Bull-Fit.

Beartooth seem to be in peek physical condition, though—blazing through their pre-work out warm up of 100 (more like six) squats. But it’s not just about physical strength, it’s about expanding your mental capacity.

“It’s not just about looking good, it’s not just about feeling good, it’s not just about being good, it’s about mental toughness,” says Dempsey.
