Brendon Urie wins the APMA for Best Vocalist, presented by Craig Owens and Tyler Carter

Chiodos' Craig Owens and Issues' Tyler Carter present the award for Best Vocalist at the APMAs to Panic! At The Disco frontman Brendon Urie.

A huge congrats goes out to Mr. Urie, who also took the APMAs stage to perform two Frank Sinatra classics: “Luck Be A Lady” and “Fly Me To The Moon.”
