State Champs’ Derek DiScanio has a hard time listening to Daughtry

Every music lover has that one good song or album that’s ruined by a shitty time or person. For Derek DiScanio, frontman for State Champs, a certain American Idol alumni will eternally be attached to seventh grade heartbreak.
DiScanio also reveals which State Champs song is ruined for Champs bassist, Ryan Scott Graham, as well as which one of their tracks was hilariously ruined by former tour mates Set It Off in this APTV exclusive.

State Champs are getting ready to bring their Living Proof tour to North America.

The tour, which is in support of the band’s third studio album under the same name, is set to run at the beginning of 2019 with Our Last Night acting as support; with more special acts to be announced.

The band’s upcoming headlining run officially kicks off on March 1 in Chicago, Illinois and it wraps up a couple of weeks later on March 29 in Dallas, Texas.
