Hope For The Day fight mental health stigma with ‘Summer Of Hope’ Warped Tour documentary
Suicide is hitting the Warped Tour demographic in higher numbers than ever, and Hope For The Day set out on the road this past summer to make a difference.
By advocating to end the stigma against mental illness and encouraging people to raise their voices and share what they’ve been through HFTD opened a serious dialogue about suicide prevention and awareness.
Summer Of Hope, filmed on Warped Tour 2014, showcases the stories of musicians from Vanna, Beartooth, State Champs, Front Porch Step, Terror, Motionless In White and the Maine as well as Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman and more Warped Tour staff.
“While on the road, we shot this film with some friends from the tour as a reminder that it is okay to not be okay and there is help.”
