Middle Class Rut, “Pick Up Your Head” lyric video premiere

Middle Class Rut have teamed up with AP to premiere their brand new lyric video for the song “Pick Up Your head.” But this isn’t your ordinary lyric video; it’s doubles as an exercise video, which comes off as more of a dance video (see if you can follow along). The track is taken from the band’s latest album of the same name, which is out now via Bright Antenna Records.

The band are currently on the road with Dinosaur Pile-Up and Brick + Mortar for a U.S. headlining tour. Following that, the band will unite with Chevelle for a 10-date run beginning April 10 in Houston, Texas through April 2 in Jacksonville, Florida. See the full list of tour dates below.
