P.O.D.'s Sonny Sandoval talks about the band's latest album

P.O.D. singer Sonny Sandoval and Ryan J. Downey sat down for an interview to talk about the band's latest album, The Awakening.

Sandoval says the album was created to be listened all the way through, with the songs in order. “We did a concept record, it's very old-school rock and roll, it's very hip-hop oriented,” says Sandoval.

Later, Sandoval talks about popularity in music. “P.O.D.'s never been an entertaining band,” he says. “That was never our purpose.”
