While they stopped by in Cleveland back in February, AP's Stevie James got a chance to sit down with vocalist Frankie Palmeri and guitarist Joshua Travis of Emmure. If you couldn't get enough of their latest album, Look At Yourself, we asked them what went into their planning. Also after over a decade, Palmeri reflects on what he's learned since he was in his 20s.

The best way to asses their new sound? Palmeri says “listen to the f*cking music.”
