Juliet Simms, former Automatic Loveletter frontwoman and runner-up on season two of The Voice, has embarked on her solo career full-tilt with an album slated for release later this year and with “Wild Child,” the album's single, released last December. Though you may recall this song from Simms' highly memorable performance of it during The Voice this season, we have something a little more simple and close to the vocalist's roots to share with you today.
“I first started singing as an acoustic singer. Being able to break down an electric guitar rock pop driven song, to just one acoustic made me realize I can always and will always get back to my roots, as well as moving forward,” says Simms of this acoustic performance. “I know who I am and I'm not afraid to show it. Stripped down and naked..Wild Child.”
